“Literacy era started denying gender discrimination”
Birth anniversary of Savitribai Phule an Indian Social reformer, educationalist and poet from Maharashtra is celebrated as Balika Day every year on 3rd of Jan.
Savitribai Phule first educated Indian lady gave a safe U-turn to all Indian women, lightened their path with education, removed darkness of the illiteracy from women’s life and for all this achievement she struggled a lot alomg with her husband Jyotirao Phule.
For std V to VII online Balika Day competition was held, in which students presented the role of Savitribai Phule.
Overall celebration was graceful & enthusiastic due to active participation of the students and efforts taken by the teachers.
